Boards and tasks
Organize work by columns, assign people, add deadlines, subtasks, labels and notes.
Kanban boards without complications
Kanlane brings team tasks, calendar, clients and contacts together in one space. Keep the simplicity of a kanban board and add the context you need to finish the work.
Trello organizes work with boards, lists and cards. Kanlane also uses kanban boards, but puts the project and the client at the center: you can check their tasks, contacts, meetings and credentials from a single app. If you juggle several jobs at once, that context helps you know what's missing and who to talk to.
Organize work by columns, assign people, add deadlines, subtasks, labels and notes.
Review deliveries and meetings by day, week or month to understand what comes next.
Connect contacts and projects, share boards and set owner, editor or viewer permissions.

In Trello, the calendar, roles and other features depend on Power-Ups or aren't built in; in Kanlane they come included.
A card on a board is a loose task. In Kanlane, each client gathers what you need for their job: the current task, the contact person, the next meeting and the saved access.
Kanlane doesn't offer direct import of Trello boards yet. If you have many boards or rely on Trello automations and integrations, check first whether the switch fits. Trello has its own automations and Power-Ups and integrations; Kanlane prioritizes a simple space for projects and clients.
You can create a free account and no card is required to start. Always check the current conditions inside the service.

Yes. You can share a project, invite people by email and assign tasks. Each person has a role: owner, editor or viewer.
They are encrypted in your browser with your master password before being saved, and that password never leaves your device. Your vault is personal and isn't shared with the team automatically.
Drag a card, open a task and try its subtasks. It's a demo with sample data; no account needed.
If the board doesn't load, open the demo in a separate page.
